If the tooth is decayed .. and an abscess is formed you may need root canal treatment or extraction as persituation on x-ray ..you may take tab keterol dt for pain .

Non don't fool your self consult a maxillofacial surgeon abscess has to b drained ofending tooth if not treatable has to b removed.
