M over weight. Now started dieting. 2 roti at nun n at nyt. With 2 hours of work out including 4 dfrnt cardio exercise. Is this ol? Can I loss weight by following this chart?

Hi there. To lose weight, it's not all dieting we need. We need to have a proper balanced diet with appropriate amount of carbs and proteins along with pre and post workout meals. Because doing workout on empty stomach also harms us somehow. So we need to include grains, pulses, fruits, vegetables, oils and nuts in a right manner and quantity.
