This is more of a habit problem than a disease. You should train your mind and set a body clock in order to sleep on time. Medicine is not the solution. Reduce intake of tea and coffee. Give up smoking / alcohol. Reduce your screen time. This will help.

You need to do certain changes in your sleeping schedule. You need to sleep preferably on same time. Switch off TV an hour before you go to sleep. Also leave what?s app, face book etc atleastv30 mins before going to sleep. Inculcate habit of reading a book (not from kindle) at bed time. Don?t take nap in daytime. Lead an active life. Do some sort of exercise daily. Finish your meal at least 2 hours before sleep time. It will take time but you will be able to change your sleeping routine.
