I am 31 years old female and I have delivered a baby 1 month back. During pregnancy my thyroid levels were all normal (5th month blood tests). Post delivery, I have been experiencing on and off night sweats and not able to sleep peacefully. Had got my thyroid levels checked again and this was the result after 2 weeks of delivery: Total T3: 162 Total T4: 18.2 TSH: 1.09 Is this an issue? How do I proceed ahead? Am currently breastfeeding my baby.

T3 is on higher side, however t4 and tsh are normal. Also it is advisable to do free t3, t4 and utsh and if the reports are abnormal, you can consult an endocrinologist.
