I am 19 F, I look little skinny although my weight is about 49-50 Kg, my wrist is very small even a small child has bigger than I have, my thighs are skinny too which makes lil uncomfortable to wear some clothes, my face is skinny too, I have no chubbiness at all. You know what, what I found especially about my chubbiness is that I get fat on my belly area it's kinda weird when one this is chubbier than rest. Please suggest if there's medicines, diet would be preferable too. My current diet. Morning 2 glasses of water 5 soaked almonds Boiled dry fruits mixed with milk (15raisins, 4pistachio,4cahsew, 3almond) 1 egg in morning. Breakfast Lunch Evening-fruits include (apple ,pomegranate) Dinner (i drink 6-7 glasses water at least a day)
