I am 31 years old married, home maker. I feel I am lazy, no self motivation, and a procrastinator. I don't start doing my work until the last moment arrives, n then pile up all the work and keep panicking all day. I want to be a better person, control my mind to achieve whatever I want. I don't want to while my time scrolling my phone pages, but I am unable to push myself. Please help me with some proven techniques that would bring visible changes.

Just take a vacation to some exotic place and do some activities there. It's very effective. Believe me I did scuba diving in Mauritius that changed me for good.
Dear mam Thank you for seeking help. Set a routine for yourself. Chalk down the tasks that you want to do in a day and the amount of time you would like to spend on it. Please set realistic goals. Take out some time for yourself like exercising, spending some time on your hobby, yoga or meditation everyday. It will energize you. Switch off your mobile or keep it away from you for at least 2 hours every day. And lastly stop being so harsh on yourself. If all this does not work, please seek professional help.
