I am 19 years old, a couple days ago I was stretching my foreskin while showering and suddenly I felt a burning sensation which was a big one. I immediately stopped stretching and applied some coconut oil. Later I did not do anything to my foreskin. But when I pull my foreskin back, it is still giving a burning sensation. Other than this there are no other symptoms. My urine is coming perfectly without any pain, there's NO puss, swelling, redness or tenderness on penis. Everything is going as usual, in fact I don't feel anything if I don't pull my foreskin. So what do you think it is infection? Or first burn? I am regularly applying coconut oil, should I continue doing that or should I visit a doctor? Any suggestion would be helpful!

Occasionally, a circumcision will be required in children where the phimosis may be a cause of recurrent urinary tract infections. It can also develop into paraphimosis, a condition in which a retracted tight foreskin is trapped below the head of the penis leaving it exposed.
