43 year old male. Having lumbosacral pain and symptoms of sacroiliac strain. Have taken diclofenac as well as axogurd for neuropathic pain but the pain continues - while bending as well as while attempting to stand /walk straight. Weight :50 kgs and height: 5'9. No other health issues and no numbness in legs.

Do some stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle, Hams,and mainly for Piriformis. FABER'S Exercise will give you beneficial effects. Also Go for spinal extension Exercise. Hot compression over the Painful areas. Avoid weight lifting. For better results consult with a Physiotherapist.
