Hello lybrate-user. For eczema you can go for homoeopathic treatment. There are good medicine in homoeopathy and will give you permanent cure without any side effect. Try to avoid scratching. If itching is more then you can aply coconut oil in affected part. Try to apply aloe vera pulp on affected part 3 times a day but after washing. If you get any irritation then donot use aloe vera. If you donot get any result then then contact us. I will prescribed you homoeopathic medicine. But firstly try aloe vera. Thank you.
