HI, My wife is pregnant and had Itching all over day. In hand, palm and all over body day by day its increasing. In lever test her AST/sgot is 328 and ALT/sgpt is 619. Doctor suggest udiliv 150. Is it safe and effective. Please help.

It's safe and effective. But you definitely need to keep a close fetal movement count on a daily basis along with a frequent follow up with the obstetrician.
