Thoughts are normal for every human being, we all get thoughts. But how we handle them is different to each. Don't worry about the thoughts, but when you get the thoughts don't pursue them. When you realise that they are just thoughts and you don't need to think on each thought and you don't need to drag each thought and weave a story you will be thought free. So stay in the moment and don't pursue the thoughts that come to you.

Hello lybrate-user. Thank you for posting your query. Well, I suggest you try to know the nature of your thoughts. If these thoughts are mostly negative in nature then it's advisable to understand the root cause of such thoughts. Make a list of thoughts then debate, challenge and separate irrational thoughts from rational ones. It's a process and it needs to be done on regular basis to get an insight into your problem. If you need any further help you can approach me or any other counsellor available online and offline. Take care. Good luck.
