Hi, I am 85 Years old and weight 95 Kilos. I have Knees Replaced 9 years ago and are painful now, have had Cataract removed and new lenses inserted followed by muscular Hole Surgery which is Partly successful because the damaged tissue has Left a Dark Mark through which there is no sight. I Know I Need To Loose Weight But Reluctant To go on a Diet because I eat Healthily, I think. Advice will be Much Appreciated.

After TKR you need regular exercises for thigh muscles which will reduce the pain Check your vit D3 levels and replace if it is less There is no point in doing a weight loss program Eat lots of salads, fruits and plenty of water.
