Hello, I have aplastic anemia, it's been almost 2 months since I got diagnosed, no treatment yet, and I would like to know if mine's severe or not, and what treatment should I take, cause doctors haven't decided yet, the last blood test I did showed that my red blood cell count is at 2.3 my white blood cell count 1.99 and my platelets 21.000, although I must say at one point my platelets were 19.000, I have only been getting blood transfusions.
