My penis became weak it not stand properly as before and rotate in 360 degree as its mean that I don?t have penis as I stop masturbating for a week or 2 week then it stand properly but the end part of penis is flexible the penis became hard but not from the bottom please help me I am 30 year old and have no sex with any one.
