Hi doctor I am doing masturbation when I was 14 years old its my habit on that days weekly 2-4 times now I am 30 but I had tried 5 to 6 time sex with girl friend but every time I am in just 5 to 10 second of intercourse now I am getting married in may 2019 I am very stressed what to do please suggest. I am also living in single I am not taking food properly due to not interested to cook food. And not taking breakfast also.
