Area around my anus swell for some days and again become normal after some days because of this swelling skin of this area becomes loose and there is no bleeding as well as no pain. Please tell me is there anything to be panic or just normal health issue and what is the reason for this swelling and how to stop this swelling process. The light pain occur only when I touch that swelled part or that swelled part touches my skin. Please help me.

It seems that you are probably having prolapsed hemorrhoids. Try to avoid constipation and straining. Take plenty of water and sit in warm water fo 2 weeks. Application of ointment will be beneficial.
