I am feeling like I have forgotten how to breath. I don't know what am going through. I know am breathing normally still I feel am not breathing normally like other people. Maybe I have health anxiety. I often take a deep breath through my mouth. I feel am not breathing enough. I Don't have any breathing problem normally. I know it's my mind which is doing this. I have a really scary feeling that I won't be normal again. I feel I can't sing, it makes me feel out of breath. But I know very well that am breathing fine. My mind is creating this. I want this to stop. Can anyone help me out? Is this anxiety (health anxiety)?

Try doing basic pranayam focusing on your breath. Breathe slowly with full focus on your breath. With every inhale, tell yourself "breathing in through my nose" and with every exhale tell yourself, "breathing out through my nose" try and do this everyday for atleast 15 mins.
