I am currently using terbinafine for a fungal infection in my toe and I know the main risk is that it will do damage to my liver and kidney. I would like to start using a substance called creatine as I tend to go the the gym a lot and know this supplement will help me progress further, however, I do also understand that using creatine has the same risk of potentially causing liver and kidney damage. Do you know if this would make the risk a lot higher? Am I also able to have a professional opinion on whether it would be a good idea to take this supplement or not?

You should avoid it. You should check your creatinine level regular. If your creatinine level is more than 1.5 than you should take caution and avoid supplements like high protein. And for fungal infection you can take homeopathic treatment. If you want better treatment than you can consult online on Lybrate.
