In the previous 3 months I have lost 40% of my hair especially in the front. I am healthy and I eat healthy food. When I consulted doctor she suggested me anti dandruff shampoo and gave nutrients and vitamin capsules. Can you please help me to get my hair back. How can the new hair start from roots?
