I am 32 years old. I have 4 month baby. I am hypothyroid patient. I suffering from piles in that one is thrombosis cyst. Also having fissure. I take ayurvedic medicine. Daily taking sits bath. Also used laxative, and fiber powder. But now it is worse condition for bathroom. I also apply shied cream. Last year I did fissure surgery anal sphincterotomy. Now what treatment I should do? Which is best treatment as don't want any cut or anaesthesia? And easy recovery. Because my baby is totally depend on me.
