Sir/Madam, My report says Both kidneys are normal in size shape position and echoanatomy. Focal upper polar cortical scar is seen in left kidney. multiple calculi of about 5-6 mm are seen in right kidney at all poles. Similar sized calculus is seen in upper pole in left kidney. No evidence of hydronephrosis is seen in both kidneys. The sinus echoes appear normal. RK measures approx. 91 mm and LK 105 mm in length. What should I do? Please give some suggestion. Right now I am taking Neeri syrup and lots of fluid.
