I am 33 yrs old male I have partial tear of anterior cruciate ligament, joint effusion noted, mucoid degeneration /tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Is there any treatment without surgery.

How does it effect u, partial tear, if it less then grade 2, then it can be left alone, rather the medial meniscus tear which you have is more problematic, if you can near the pain, and your knee doesn't lock while standing from sitting. Medical treatment can be sought, otherwise go for surgery.
