I feel severe itching in fingers of my feet. Some times during winters there is a swelling IN THE FEET FINGERS due to which also I FEEL LOT OF ITCHING. i GET RELIEF ONLY AFTER I PUT MY FEET IN WARM SALTED WATER FOR many days continuously. These winters there was no swelling but there was lot of itching around nails of my feet fingers. Tried hot salted water but still it continued. Applied Betnovate ointment . The itching is under control but my nails are turning black near the ends touching skin of fingers. I scratched the black portion of my feet finger nails. It is like some thing which has settled on the nails and it is coming out . Recently when I scratched the black portion of my nail I had to scratch quite deep inside. It seems that the fungus infection or what ever it is, is going deep inside the nail. What treatment will you suggest to me.
