I am male. My age is 25 years. At first my weight was 84 KG, after decreasing it is now 73 KG within 2 months. Day by day my weight is being decreased. I feel pain in my lower abdomen. My stool is normal & infection has been found after testing my urine. Doctor suggested me some drugs. But problem isn't solved. Recently doctor suggested me to test of CBC. After testing I've got some abnormality in my blood. Those are given below. My hemoglobin level 16.4 g/dl, RBC 6.65 million/Cmm, HCT 49 l/l, MCV 73 fl, MCH 25 pg, RDW 15%. Now my question is, "Is it Polycythemia? "Am I facing any serious health problem?
