Hi, doc, I am 28 YEARS OLD, MALE. My problem is this around 3 years back a massive roadside accident has happened to me, after that, I got paralyzed. Now, I can walk properly like used to before but before the accident I had excellent eyesight after that it 3.5 glass I have to wear with time my eyesight getting ok but still I have around 1.5 glass with .5 something horizontal I do not remember what I say .5.so my question, what are the exercise I need to do and what should I have to eat. in order to comeback in previous life.
