HI, Multiple round and irregular shaped lump on scrotum one bug in size soft filled with liquid other small in size hard and numerous in no. No pain itching or anything it's been there for 8 to 9 years. I am going to get married should I visit doctor or what should I do? is it serious? I want to show pics also but I can't tell me when should I visit surgeon or dermatologist.
