Please suggets me itching in anal area, applied antibacterial and anti fungal cream (Soframycin, konaz & nadibact) but no great results, when I do rub the effected area sometimes its pain. I am cleaning with savlon and once skin is dry applying coconut oil as well. Please suggest.
