I am 73 years old keeping excellent health. I do brisk walking of 6 km n yoga every day. My all parameters like b.p, sugar, cholesterol n other pathological parameters are under control. I also follow balanced diet and drink 6 to 8 glass of water every day. But I suffer from constipation for which my family consultant has advised cremalax 10 mg tablet. Please advise, whether taking this tablet every day will effect my intestine.
