My leg bones and feet bones are rigid and stiff especially in the morning when I wake up from bed. I have done RA test which was negative. Please advise.

Take a little bit Rest Do contrast bath starting with hot and ending with cold water for at least twice a day Do some stretches for your Calf Roll a hard ball under your Heel Try to do Heel Raise for at least 10 times in a set. I think it will be beneficial for you.
