I am 18 years old, I am not ill I just want to get some information about diet we should use before and after workouts at gym. It is a practice that we see trainers asking the trainee to use pre-workout drinks which usually contain high levels of caffeine. please suggest the diet to increase my muscles strength as well as stamina, also suggest pre-work out supplements that are safe.

Better don't take such drinks. You can take protein powder by it should not have any steroids. Also you can take milk, and homoeopathic Alfalfa.
