It does not happen always but in some months it is continuous for 4-5 days then it become normal and like this it happens again and again. 2 year back I had ultrasound and it was stated that" dilated bowels" the doctor gave some medicines and syrup and it became fine. But it is recurring. Presently I am going through it, its been 2 days now I am having this upper abdomen heaviness, pain and also back spinal pain that comes with this condition. I took eno, them digene and also some anti acid but I could not understand what it is and how will it go. I am also having loose stools, sometimes I have loose stools while sometimes it become so hard that I also experience pinching pain with severe cuts and blood in back. But it go by itself. Please suggest What should I do. I am somewhat fat too. I am short-height and my weight is 55. Kindly help.

Eat less food. Take small amounts of baking soda. Use lemon and/or lime juice. Start a BRAT diet (banana, rice, applesauce and toast) for a day or so for symptom relief. Don't smoke or drink alcohol.
