Hello Doctor, I am suffering from allergic cough, running nose, temperature. My doctor prescribed me following (4 months back) azithral 500 mg night vizyla I have taken above medicine in june and I was treated completely at that time. Please suggest substitute for next Tablet. As it is not available in my opinion of location. Please suggest other medication if required.
