I am 18 and I am having stomach ache since 2 days. What could be the reason? today is the 2nd day. Day before yesterday I had sudden pain in my stomach I felt like I had to go to poo. N I got a little relief I felt okay. Den at night I woke up at 4am with sudden pain I couldn't stay in one place again I went to poo n the pain was okay den this continued 5 - 6 times during the day. Same thing happened yesterday night too I woke up at 6am with pain whenever I go to the toilet I feel relief n it starts paining again after 1hr or so although the pain is mild. The pain increases sometimes. Like wen I had my lunch it started paining again n it was more intense. Pls help I dnt knw what it could me appendix cancer or worms or gastric problem.
