Hi I need advice on a problem I have had for 4 years I am experiencing pain, numbness and a tight feeling on the right side of my body .it started with pain and numbness in the lower ribs then moved to upper chest neck and now right side of my face and head, it is a numbness in the neck and face and pain in the chest and shoulder. I am feeling tired and weak on some days, I have noticed muscle atrophy on the right side and if I gym I experience intense muscle pain and soreness on the right side more than the left. I have smoked in the past and seems to get worse when I do.
