Hi, I have been experiencing some pain over the last one week on the right side of my teeth. Sometimes in the upper right teeth and sometimes in the lower. The pain is mainly during the night while sleeping and suddenly stops and very little during the day time. Unable to understand why it is paining only during night. Can some dentist help understand the situation?

Please get a x-ray of that region -then it can be found out which teeth is infected, n treatment can be done, by the dentist. Meanwhile, take antibiotics n painkillers for relief.
Rule out sinusitis.
You may take homoeopathic medicine Merc Sol 30.
The reason of pain in tooth at night is most likely due to involvement of the nerve that means there may be a deep caries in the tooth. Get an X-ray done and see a dentist asap.
