It's been 1 year and 4 months since I got married. We are trying for the baby for the past one year. I never had issues with my periods. I consulted the gums doctor six months back as I missed my period but my urine test was negative. In 2d usg, the found a ovarian cyst on right side. With three months of FS, cyst went off and came again. Now it's been persistent for almost three + months. Doctor recommended HSG followed my MRI correlation and 3D scan. It was found that I have unicornuate uterus with non communicating rudimentary horn without cavity on left side. So I have only my right side fallopian tube working without any issues. Now my doctor gave me a oral contraceptive pill Ovral l only for 21 days. She said if the cyst is a functional cyst, it should go away with this pill. I am very concerned to take this pill as it may cause issues with getting pregnant. Already my chance is low with only one side functioning tube. So please suggest, after the pill conception will my normal cycle be returned and I can be able to get pregnant stopping the pill?
