Hi, My daughter is 16 months old. Whenever I go to relatives they offer her papad (pappadums). And she liking it. Is it good for her? And also people suggest to give her milk all the time saying that milk is complete food whenever she is not eating her food. Is that true? Can I rely solely on milk. Please advice.
