I am a 38 year old man and my wife is 34 years old. As we are at our mid age, we thought we should get a full body checkup done. However, someone close to me suggested we consult an Internal Medicine Doctor first rather than investing money is Whole Body Checkups done. Please suggest. There are a few complications we both have as on date.
