My mom has urine infection from a long time, she used to complaint of low urine output, pain in lower abdomen and used to go to pee twice in night. Few days back we did a urine examination. She has RBC 6-8 HPF WBC pus 18-20 HPF Nitrite POSITIVE Leukocytes 2+ Bacteria + These are the abnormalities in her urine. Rest is ok. She is currently taking Niftas 100 mg BD Pyridium 3 times a day alkalise thrice a day. Kindly suggest further treatment.
