I m 30 years old professional and I work 10 hours. And I sleep 6 hours, is it enough /right for me?

Dear if u feel fresh after 6 hrs sleep than its alright. but if u feel sleepy and tired than u hr body need more rest...coz sleep is a essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair. A healthy human being needs 6-8 hrs of sound sleep daily.
