I am 19 weeks pregnant. Anomaly scan is normal but only mild Dilatation of both kidneys upto 3 mm to 4 mm. In quadruple marker test results Beta hcg = 26711 Afp = 48.6 Inhibin A = 168.01 but Ue3 is 1.66 Is this an indication of downs syndrome? Do I need an abortion. Please suggest. I am 32 years old. First pregnancy. I had an abortion at 6 weeks with medical termination 6 years back.
