Even after waking up she is kind of afraid and feel like someone looking from the mirror, touching her feet and sometime she experience those things which she has seen in dream in real time just after waking up. After that she also seems to afraid going to sleep again. She had the existing condition 2 years before but it was healed after 2 months. Please help me doctor. I want some suggestion for treatment at home before consulting a physclogist for therapy. Hoping for the relevant reply.
