Some time I feel stressed and panicked with shortness of breath, majority of I sleep I tend to wake up breath less. Had done check up few months back and there was not any heart related problem. Had panic attack 10 years back, symptoms disappear in an hour to normal.

You have panic attacks and it needs psychotherapy and counselling . medicines can not help unless you train your mind . It is clear that you have no heart disease and need to just relax mind
