I am a female. Age 32. I have a 25 day cycle. My cycle is not due now for another 5 days. October 30th. I started cramping two days ago. So that?s 7 days before my cycle. There low abdomen cramps. I would say mild because they are intense like period cramps. Sometimes I have a tingly sensation in the abdomen, or a poke pain. Also the cramps lead to my back as well. No bleeding. (I am sexually active). My breast seem to be sore not tender to touch just achy. Some small waves of nausea. When I get PMS its a day before my cycle or the day of. Never had this? What could this be?
