I have pressure on my lower jaw and pain in the mouth because of the pressure. Dry throat and tongue. USG neck says that my thyroid glands are smaller in size and have coarse echotexture. I feel tired and have extreme fatigue, also get migraine attacks, have digestion problem IBS and irritable bladder. Cannot take too much physical activity the problems get elevated. I have absent menstruation for last one year. I have hypothyroidism for last 12 years.
