Hello, I'm 36 wks pregnant today and my ultra sound showed cephalic presentation, placenta posterior upper segment grade 3 maturity, cervical length 34 mm. What are my chances for a normal vaginal delivery? I tend to lose blood pressure when in pain how can I keep my pressure normal during labour?

You don't need to worry about your blood pressure. It is not in your hand. Doctor will handle your blood pressure issue. Cephalic means baby is in right position. And you can have normal delivery.
