My girlfriend just took an unwanted 72 a week ago 6 hours after having sex. But since yesterday, she's feeling a bit off and is having pain in lower abdomen and legs. I wonder if these could be the signs of pregnancy. Also she was on her periods when we had sex so we would have to wait a month to see if she misses her periods or not. Is there any way we can determine if she's pregnant of not?

noooo.First thing you should not take pill when periods.If you're taking birth control correctly and consistently, then you're protected against pregnancy all the time, including the days you take your placebo pills (period week).
