I am a 20 year old female and have struggled with constipation since I was a young child. I have noticed I?ve got piles and have had for quite some time now. They don?t cause me any pain, I just get the odd blood spots after passing stool. I do strain ridiculously which I understand is a huge problem when having piles. I?ve tried all sorts of creams but cannot get rid of them, I am too embarrassed to see a doctor and feel like I have been ignoring this problem for quite some time. Where I don?t have any pain whatsoever I felt as though I did?t need too. Is there anything home wise I can do to treat this now?
