Hello- Dark brown but clear urine is a sign of a liver disorder such as acute viral hepatitis or cirrhosis, which causes excess bilirubin in the urine. It is possible that the Gonorrhoea medications have affected your liver functioning. It is also possible that gonorrhoea has recurred. Consult your doctor from which you were taking treatment for the same.
