I always have cold (running nose sometimes and nose blockage, cough) I will take cetrizine and sinarest tab. To cure my cold. But again after 3 days I get back cold again, even in summer if I try to take two drop of lemon juice I catch cold but when I searched in Google it says that lemon will help prevent cold but in my case lemon will make me catch cold or make the cold worse, can someone please let me know what to do, even if I avoid lemon I catch cold, I'm trying to avoid any tablets because after I take tablets after maximum 7 days I somehow catch cold again. I'm 21 years old I have this problem for past 1 year ,before that there was no such problem so please someone help me.
